Owner and Principal
Moya Gibson grew up in Brockton, Massachusetts, and after completing an avid soccer career as a goalkeeper, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bowdoin College. Upon graduating from Boston College Law School, she was a law clerk for the Hon. Peter W. Kilborn, Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Land Court. Moya then clerked for the Honorable Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. In 2003, knowing that she wanted to practice in the courtroom, she joined the Middlesex District Attorney's Office, and in 2007, she was promoted to the Superior Court trial team. In 2011, Moya started her own practice out of Dorchester, Massachusetts, building a client base as a sole practitioner. In addition to representing clients in criminal matters, she has represented other attorneys in front of the Board of Bar Overseers. She is married to another Bowdoin College alum and has two extremely active teens.
